Rethinking retail: with a fully integrated, digital store concept, Radatz not only sets a new benchmark in experience-oriented, media-based store design, but is also a game changer for future developments in digital service design for established retailers.

Dynamic & flexible: the Radatz POS ECOSYSTEM

Our retail.os platform manages dynamic communication with the customer at the point of sale. In addition to screen groups for the individual sales zones, scales and even digital image galleries are individually controlled.

More than 100 screens and 60 scales in 30 stores are centrally controlled. In addition, employees can use tablets to quickly and easily change relevant parts of the program on site.

into the store concept

Technology should not be perceptible, but should create a media experience that can be experienced by the customer. According to this principle, Radatz planned the digital channels directly with the architects and fully integrated them into the design concept.

In three sales zones, individual offers optimized for the store are dynamically displayed, thus optimally supporting sales processes. Employees can easily intervene in the program and make changes, e.g. for lunch menus.

All scale displays are integrated into the omnichannel play and receive a direct data feed via the digital signage system.

The retail.os Cockpit enables simple, central control of even the most comprehensive program structures and real-time access to each individual store, screen or scale. Parts of the content come from inventory systems and are dynamically transferred into the running program.
