MPreis stands for local supply with vision and a strong focus on customer proximity. The ideal basis for our innovative POS solutions. 

Together with the team of MPreis and their baguette bistros, we already implemented first measures for the use of digital touchpoints, one2one communication with the customer and fully integrated processes. As a first pilot project from this cooperation, the snack configurator was implemented, which covers the individual configuration of sandwiches via app, the ordering and payment process, and the complete in-store process chain.

The employees in the stores always have a full overview of all incoming orders and the respective customer requests via the order cockpit.

Based on the collection time defined by the customers, the goods can be prepared on time and freshness is guaranteed. The application is user-friendly, easy to operate and requires no prior technical knowledge. The connection to the receipt printers and the underlying data cockpit as well as the integration of payment interfaces ensure a smooth process during handling.

DEVELOPMENT

Rapid prototyping and pilot phases (at Mpreis, for example, in selected stores) as the basis for agile development are a decisive success factor in the implementation of digital strategies.

With the close involvement of all relevant stakeholders, new functions can be added and expanded to services iteratively. Be it in the functional or content area (e.g., expanded assortments, loyalty program, coupons,…) or with a focus on the customer experience (e.g., gamification).

Our project laid an important foundation for digital communication and customer interaction as well as for the optimization of processes in the branch. Ready for more!
