The core of the solution implemented by our team is a comprehensive data and process management tool, the Pharma.os ecos.system. This agile data management opens up a new dimension for flexible and individualized processes and services for pharmacies as well as for internal workflows and enables the simple creation and playout of content across all relevant B2B and B2C channels.

The data pool includes a product information management system (PIM) with bidirectional connection to various data sources (SAP, pharmacy merchandise management systems, payment service providers, web stores,…). The tool is controlled via stakeholder-based management cockpits.
