There are few such special as prestigious properties in Vienna as Hohe Warte 34 in Döbling. A breathtaking real estate project was created on the 10,000 m2 site: The „Garden of Eden“. Our team accompanied the „smart“ paradise from the very first planning phase.

The result was a seamless overall concept consisting of positioning, VR planning and cross-media marketing, which opened up a new dimension of planning and experience for clients and customers alike.

Not only the buildings and apartments, but also the park was virtually elaborated by our motion design experts so that the future owners and tenants could have a vivid first look at their new home even before the foundation stone was laid. The 3D tours proved to be a powerful and impressive selling tool of any presentation.

For example, the spatial planning of the residential units could be optimized and decision-making processes significantly accelerated by VR rapid prototyping.

The Garden of Eden app is designed for longevity and proved its functionality depending on the progress of the project: while in the first phase it primarily serves as a sales tool, in phase two of the project it transforms into an intelligent remote control with easy access to concierge services and selected smart home functions.

Exclusivity and elegance – the „Garden of Eden“ also demands something special in its analog presentation, linked with digital components. „The Book of Eden“, with its more than 140 pages, is a manifesto for the unique architectural approach of the project. A valuable handout for an exclusive target group, which for some gave the final impulse for your decision.
